This past Thursday September 19th, the Johns Hopkins International Injury Research Unit along with the National Institute of Public Health (INSP) and Fundacion Entornos A.C., organized the two day workshop “Principles of evaluation in Road Safety interventions” at the city of Leon, Guanajuato; Mexico.
In the two-day session members from different organizations and cities, involved in the Mexican Road Safety Initiative, participated actively. The participants found this forum as an important platform for discussion and learning in order to improve their daily labor.
Some of the institutions that participated in the workshop were the Johns Hopkins International Injury Research Unit, the National Institute of Public Health (INSP), Fundacion Entornos A.C., GRSP, PAHO, CEPAJ, Transit and Movility of the cities of Leon and Guadalajara, Health Services from Merdia city, Accident Prevention from the city fo Aguascalientes, among others.
