Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health International Injury Research Unit Named WHO Collaborating Center

We are honored to inform you that the Department of International Health and International Injury Research Unit at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, have been designated a “collaborating center” by the World Health Organization. Dr. Adnan Hyder, RTIRN board chair, will be the director of the new collaborating center.
This new WHO collaborating center would be the third collaborating center in the United States to focus on injury prevention and know is part of more than 800 WHO Collaborating Centers in over 80 Countries.
